Ring up the order as normal.

On the tender screen, ring up the order as No Tax Billable Sale.

Keep a copy of BOTH the POS receipt and the EBT receipt. Staple them together.

Run the EBT payment transaction before completing the POS steps to assure the transaction is accepted, not declined.
